When you lease a property to us, your rental income is guaranteed for the duration of the lease; rent will be paid predictably, on-time, every time.
No Tenant Turnover
As landlords, we all know how expensive turnover can be. It typically includes deep cleaning, re-painting, listing/marketing fees and realtor commissions, and often multi-month vacancies. When you partner with us, all of the inconveniences and expenses of turnover are avoided entirely.
Reduced Wear & Tear
Properties we lease are cleaned by our professional cleaning staff on a consistent basis, unlike long term rentals. Careful cleaning and monitoring are a priority for our business and reputation, which ensures that the property is always kept in lease-ready condition.
Ongoing Partnership
We strive to create ongoing, mutually-beneficial partnerships. Our ideal partnership lasts for years to come, and provides an ongoing benefit to both parties. Luxa Corporate Rentals partners with Residential and Commercial Landlords with a Master Lease Partnership Agreement. We offer guaranteed income on leases so that you no longer need to worry about tenants, vacancies, late payments or defaults.
Founded in 2021 in Denver, CO as a boutique real estate investment firm, we quickly discovered an expertise in hospitality management for furnished rentals for corporate professionals and travelers.

Olivia holds an MBA with a specialization in Finance from the University of Colorado.
She started her career as part of the Corporate & Investment Bank at Wells Fargo managing clients with annual revenue between $500M - $2B prior to transitioning to real estate.
Olivia is a licensed real estate professional in the state of Colorado as a property manager, investor and broker.

Jonathan holds a dual-degree in Entrepreneurship and Information Systems from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Jonathan has a professional background in Consulting at firms such as Accenture, Slalom and Rackspace Technology, with a focus on process automation and enterprise systems.
Jonathan started in Real Estate as an investor and property manager in 2021, and has since developed a multi-million dollar portfolio of properties under management.
